Trainers are a dime a dozen these days, but only a handful are truly invested in their craft and clientele. You know them once you find them. Their very manner and approach with you develop a natural trust. You feel confident to recommend them to anyone because you know they are seeking quality client-trainer relationships and live the standards they uphold day to day. These are the trainers that feel like gold dust when you find them, and they make you confident in your steps towards a better version of yourself. I would easily say Rennison is one of those few and I’ve thoroughly enjoyed working with him for the last 2 years. An investment with him is a winning bet on your health and fitness goals.

I wanted to gain muscle - specifically in my legs & bum (my bum is my trouble area). I walked into the gym asking to sign up with a trainer and they put me on to Rennison.

Rennison is really well versed and incredibly knowledgeable in his field. He's also skilled at breaking things down into more simplified terms for me to understand. He's always open to listening to me and any difficulties I may be encountering and would adjust to suit. We found that after a year, I wasn't gaining muscle so he adjusted his methods and that's when we noticed slightly more muscle gain. Slowly though, we spoke about it and felt that perhaps it's my genetics that is impacting my rate of muscle gain - again, he would break something down into a way for me to understand and also assured me that he can support me.

Rennison is always switching things up on me and challenging me - some of which I'm down, others feel like they scar me (hahaha) but, I know that it's good for my growth either way.
Ren is understanding and takes the time to hear me out, and believe me, I can blab, so I appreciate his patience and feedback as well. I say that I'm a person that needs to be mirrored and he's open to doing that as well.
Ren also has a team with him, one of which is a Dietician, Michelle. Recently, my goals have shifted but I still want to gain muscle and lose weight. Ren set me up with Michelle to chat and create a diet plan. She had a lot of patience with me (as does Ren). They both take a considerable amount of time to chat with me, deal with my questions and tailor things to my needs. My experience has been great. I'm really happy to have Ren as my trainer. He's going to have a hard time getting rid of me haha. Of course, I would recommend him - for anyone who's looking to train. I've boasted about him to people in my circle enough times.
Training with Cheyne changed the way I look at fitness and nutrition. He was extremely approachable and, his plan was professional and organized. I met my goals and set even higher goals for myself that I didn’t think were possible. He also helped keep me motivated along the way.
I started training with Cheyne about a year ago. I needed direction and an accountability partner to stay on track with my nutrition while gaining some consistency in getting myself to the gym. As simple as it sounds this was the key to all the progress I made with him. I did not understand the complexity of monitoring and adjusting my nutritional requirements to achieve my goals. Nor the necessary adjustments my workouts needed as I progressed. Coach Cheyne is the driving force behind me in this journey.
I am really happy training with Cheyne! He coordinated both a meal plan and a workout plan based on my goals. He is also really friendly and motivating, making you feel comfortable while training no matter your current fitness level. The information and techniques I learned from the exercise routines I did with him stuck with me even after I stopped training with him. Worth it! So much happier with my health and my body! I have been training with Cheyne for around 8-months, and I continue to feel motivated about my fitness journey. I believe this is a result of Cheyne's approach to my training and nutrition. He focuses on keeping my workouts enjoyable whilst pushing me every session to perform better than last time. His guidance on my nutrition is the reason I achieved my goals. Nutrition was my main downfall in previous attempts of reaching my goals, thankfully, Cheyne has managed to make eating a lot less daunting and more satisfying. He has shown me that diets don't have to be restrictive and can be enjoyable, this is the main reason I stuck with my plan for so long. Fitness is a journey, Cheyne makes this journey sustainable and enjoyable.
